Roles & Responsibilities:

Define comprehensive test strategies and plans for Core Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payment Gateway applications.
Identify test scope, objectives, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for manual and automation testing.

• Validate integrations between Core Banking, Mobile Banking apps, and Payment Gateway systems (ISO 8583, SWIFT, UPI, NEFT, RTGS).
• Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor manual and automation testers across platforms.
• Implement QA metrics for defect leakage, automation coverage, and efficiency.
