Priority location is Pune.

JD:

The Supplier will deploy and manage an Service Now project with a Sr. Service Now Developer. Responsibilities include,

• Integrate Service Now with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools and other integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.

• Support Service Now modules customizations to meet business needs.

• ​​Implement Core Configuration Elements: Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflow components.

• Maintain Documentation: Produce and update technical documentation, configuration notes, and operational support materials.

• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and remediate defects, configuration issues, and performance problems across multiple modules.

• Manage and improve the service catalog items in Service Now to simplify customer experience

Contribute to CMDB by automating the IRE and discovery process.

Project deliverables include,

Developing and optimizing existing SNOW catalog items

• Developing and optimizing existing CMDB

• Onboarding and managing new or existing integrations

• Participate and contribute to daily scrum meetings

• Workstream updates & issues, challenges, and backlog

• Project Status and Progress
