Brief Summary of Role:

As a Salesforce Senior Developer you would be responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Ensure best practices in coding and deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5-8 Years of relevant experience working on Salesforce customization

• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud

• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.

• Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.

• Lead a work stream or act as a team lead and manage complex components of the work plan/project.

• 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.

• Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.

• Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.

• Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.

• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

• Salesforce Technical Certifications

• This is a Hybrid role requiring working from office 3-4 days/week
