Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

Expert knowledge of Service Now CMDB, integration , ITSM applications with at least 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience.
7+ years of experience working as a Service Now Developer
5+ years of experience working in the Discovery module of Service Now
Proficiency with API development (SOAP OR REST)
Proficient in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methodologies
Expertise in Service Now development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS
