Cloud Solution Architect (AIOps & Infrastructure)

Our DevOps/SRE engineers are at the forefront of cloud engineering, bringing deep expertise and solid experience to the system operation domain. We are a global team that fosters a culture of mutual support, delivering top-tier services across multi-region cloud infrastructures.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will collaborate with globally distributed engineering, operations, and support peers to enable seamless DevOps for applications running on diverse cloud platforms. In this role, you will specifically spearhead our transition from traditional log-based monitoring to a Real-time AIOps ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting a high-performance pipeline that eliminates current latency issues and integrates On-premise LLMfor intelligent system observability.

You'll be part of a global team of DevOps/SREs that work together and support each other to provide the best in quality of services to our company. You are required to work from Harman office at Yatop or sometimes in Suwon Samsung Electronics.

What You Will Do

• Providing support to operation mainly AWS-based infrastructure.

• Architecting Real-time Pipelines: Re-engineer existing log shipping workflows (currently K8s → S3 → Datadog) to achieve sub-second latency for 1TB+ daily log volumes using high-performance tools like Vector or Apache Kafka.

• LLM Platform Strategy: Design on-premise inference architectures for the On-premise LLM on H100/A100 GPU clusters, ensuring robust AI-driven root cause analysis (RCA).

• Global DevOps Enablement: Provide technical assistance and drive DevOps excellence for applications across various cloud infrastructures in a multi-region setup.

• Advanced AI Orchestration: Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration architectures using AWS Bedrock Agent Core to automate and streamline complex cross-functional workflows.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with global peers to provide best-in-quality services and maintain the stability of our mission-critical systems.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications in an AWS environment

• CI/CD implementation on EKS based (Github, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git Ops, Helm)

• Good exposer in logging and monitoring tools(Data Dog, Grafana, Prometheus etc)

• Java or Spring Framework related problem solving experience

• Experience designing and operating more than N infrastructure, including multi cluster and multi account.

• Experience in troubleshooting various failures that occur in the production environment.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Understanding of SRE principles and culture.

• Proficient ability to use one or more programming languages such as Golang, Python, Java, etc.

• Ability to proactively define problems and come up with solutions

• Demonstrated drive for continual learning

What Makes You Eligible

• A Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field or equivalent experience in Cloud Technologies.

• Overall, more than 5 to 9 years of experience of Cloud Architecture

• Minimum 3 year of experience in using AWS is mandatory and required at least one other public cloud environment such as Azure, GCP.

• Experience configuring infrastructure and operating customer service using AWS

• Experienced in Container orchestration using Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically using Terraform for automated provisioning.

• Develop scripts for the automation of various resources ie. security, cost optimization.

• Cloud-Native based thinking including self-healing, container, automation, etc.
