WHOOP is seeking a Retail Lead to support the launch and lead day-to-day operations of WHOOP Qatar, an experiential performance center, research lab, and store located in the heart of Msheireb.
This individual will play a critical role in bringing the WHOOP retail vision to life in Qatar, overseeing the successful opening of the store, building and leading a high-performing team, and delivering a premium, data-driven member experience. The Retail Lead will ensure operational excellence across extended hours (12 hours per day, 7 days per week), drive membership and retail performance, and uphold the brand standards expected of a world-class performance destination. This role reports directly to the Director, WHOOP Qatar.
This role is based in Doha, Qatar. We will only consider candidates who currently live in Doha.
