• Unterstützung bei der Maskengenerierung für VCSEL-Ga As-Halbleiterfertigungsprozesse
• Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation für Maskenlayouts sowie zugehörige Designregeln
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Masken-Jobfiles für Lithografieprozesse einschließlich EPI-, Mesa- und Grating-Strukturen
• Durchführung von Design Rule Checks (DRC) sowie Schicht- und Layoutverifikationen von Maskendaten
• Dokumentation von Prozessabläufen und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Masken-Versionskontrolle
• Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Layout- und Produktionsdaten
• Erstellung von Visualisierungen, Auswertungen und technischen Berichten
• Laufendes Bachelor oder Masterstudium im Bereich Mikroelektronik, Halbleitertechnologie, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
• Grundlegendes Verständnis der Strukturen und Fertigungsprozesse von Halbleiterbauelementen
• Erste Kenntnisse in CAD-/Layout-Software von Vorteil
• Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte, detailorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• 15-20 Std. pro Woche / 6 Monate
