About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.

In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

• Lead or participate on large cross group projects

• Mentor less experienced staff

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience,

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience working with AI‑driven or agent‑based solutions, including exposure to orchestration frameworks, intelligent workflows, or autonomous analytics use cases.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based analytics platforms and tools (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern data engineering pipelines.

• Familiarity with model explainability techniques, anomaly detection frameworks, and advanced ML approaches used in risk or monitoring contexts.

• Prior experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, or other highly regulated domains.

• Exposure to MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.

• Ability to contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

• Demonstrate ability to execute effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas.

• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups including executive management, regulatory examiners and internal auditors

• Candidate must be willing to work at Wells Fargo, Bangalore or Hyderabad

• Candidate must be willing to work on mid-shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 AM), Mon

• Fri, weekend off

• Candidate must be willing to work onsite
