MarTech Senior Product Manager - Executive Director at Wells Fargo

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager. This leadership role will support Marketing Platforms functions under Consumer Banking and Lending Marketing LOB.
The team supports various Marketing platforms that enable marketing capabilities across a variety of Wells Fargo lines of businesses. The team is responsible for product planning, prioritization and delivery of various platform features and manage the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and partner requirements, and working closely with agile teams to deliver value. This role will be responsible for working closely with business teams and technology partners for development & customization of Marketing and Digital platforms and for providing analytics capabilities to track adoption & usage of these platforms.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
Interact directly with external customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Manage & lead teams across Marketing Platforms functions like Product scrum/kanban teams including no code configuration, User and application support and Share Point
Break down product strategy and roadmap into quarterly and sprint level goals and priorities
Work closely with multiple lines of technology and business stakeholders in support of maintaining and improving the enablement and delivery of Marketing Platforms
Manage Scrums teams who will work on developing & delivering product features and user stories based on product strategy to ensure successful delivery
Deliver a continually evolving capabilities roadmap which will require frequent prioritization with their business partners
Define, monitor and evolve product success metrics and business goals (i.e. OKR's) associated with the products, with input from the LOB partners
Responsible for overall team leadership and management. Lead the recruiting, build out and development of a high performing team.
This position will require bringing together data and technical expertise, marketing knowledge, broad influencing and leadership skills to the role, to drive tangible results (both near-term and strategic) to improve business and customer outcomes.
The leader will need to be able to quickly assess, galvanize and lead the team forward through significant change to achieve a desired set of marketing and customer deepening outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and credibility with a proven ability to influence broadly across a matrixed organization, create engagement, and drive results. This executive will be articulate and have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Good understanding of Marketing Technologies (Mar Tech) and experience in managing the integration of analytics, technology, and data to deliver more effective business operations and / or marketing execution
Experience managing a team that interfaces with a broad set of stakeholders across the firm and process/project management
Experience in establishing teams and work processes aligned with contemporary agile methodologies such as Kanban or scrum to improve work efficiencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and clear fashion.
Experience building relationships across lines of businesses, influencing partners, as well as providing credible and effective challenge

Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Product Management
3+ years of Financial Industry or Consumer business experience in Marketing
Ability to combine a perpetual interest in learning, and deep knowledge of industry best practices/standards to build a world class organization
Proven track record of developing and leading a team of strong product owners, product analyst, user support etc.
Ability to effectively communicate information to a variety of audiences
Define, monitor and evolve product success metrics and business goals (i.e. OKR's) associated with the products, with input from the LOB partners
Responsible for overall team leadership and management. Lead the recruiting, build out and development of a high performing team.
