About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Access Associate in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of Markets. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and execute non-deal roadshows (NDR), investor field trips, and other Corporate Access Events from planning through completion
  • Manage all logistical aspects of events, including hotel accommodations, ground transportation, venue sourcing, and scheduling
  • Monitor NDR and various event schedules to ensure seamless execution while maintaining ongoing communication with corporate clients, research analysts, and internal stakeholders
  • Balance Investor Relations objectives with investor expectations to ensure the seamless execution of meetings, maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy in high‑pressure situations
  • Track event attendance and collect post-event investor feedback, sharing insights and summaries with corporate clients
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and produce routine reporting on corporate access activities
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships across Institutional Sales & Trading, Research, Banking, Meetings & Events, and other key internal teams
  • Manage event budgets effectively, including expense tracking and reconciliation
  • Provide backup support to the broader team on events and inbound corporate access requests

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA or higher in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience supporting or working within a corporate access team

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to execute tasks smoothly and accurately

  • Highly accessible and responsive, with the flexibility to support client requests that may arise outside of normal business hours

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, BTS/Dealogic, Ipreo, Corp Axe, & CRM

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Up to 10% travel
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
