About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate.
In this role, you will:

Participate in low complexity initiatives to drive overall effectiveness of team in preparing data and assisting in research on product line, operational, and strategic planning
-
Review variance and trend analyses tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
-
Support operational aspects of work including maintaining financial data, validating accuracy, preparing and analyzing operations and strategic plans
-
Prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to Finance team
-
Develop understanding of model compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
-
Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various teams
-
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Department:
Supplier Enablement is part of the Procure to Pay function under supply chain management Wells Fargo India and enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting over half of Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Knowledge Services.
Summary:
Responsible for onboarding, enabling, and supporting suppliers on e Procurement and Supplier Network platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba) to ensure seamless transaction processing across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. The role involves working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive supplier adoption, compliance, and issue resolution. The candidate will be considered a subject matter expert for supplier enablement activities and will support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate supplier-facing processes.
Responsibilities:

Manage supplier onboarding and enablement activities including registration, qualification, and activation on e Procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba Network).

Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers during enablement, addressing queries, configuration issues, and escalations in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Procurement, Buying, AP, and internal stakeholders to resolve supplier-related issues impacting the P2P lifecycle.

Track and report supplier enablement status, adoption metrics, and SLA performance; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Ensure supplier compliance with contractual, tax, and system requirements to minimize risk and invoice failures.

Support supplier communication, training, and change management activities to improve user experience and enablement success rates.

Participate in UAT, production validation, system enhancements, and business continuity testing related to supplier enablement tools.

Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process and automation improvements to enhance supplier onboarding efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
-
Experience in Supplier Enablement, Procurement Operations, P2P, or Supply Chain functions.

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Ariba Network) and/or SAP ECC/S4 is preferred.

Strong understanding of Supplier Onboard, Ariba Migration in B&I.

Ability to manage multiple suppliers, meet SLAs, and handle escalations effectively.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience supporting global suppliers across regions and time zones.

Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking for supplier adoption.

Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization.
