About The Role & Team:

Looking for a meticulous and proactive treasury specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in balancing the firm’s daily cash position, managing the firm's daily cash flow, monitoring the firm’s daily liquidity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while also supporting the financial stability of the firm. The ideal candidate will be purposeful, self-motivated, forward-thinking, have a strong understanding of financial markets and a keen eye for detail to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Monitor daily cash positions, ensure adequate liquidity across all accounts.
• Execute wires/fund transfers to meet operational and regulatory needs, including settlement-related activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and prior day cash activities to the general ledger, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Accurately, process and research ACH, debit card & wire transfers, and other related receipts & disbursements by required deadlines.
• Address and resolve cash management-related inquiries and issues.
• Conduct variance analysis of cash flow forecasts and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze cash management processes and propose improvements to management.
• Assist in training and supporting treasury team staff members.
• Liaison with internal & external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams.

The Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently.
• Automation-driven mindset with a track record of implementing products, processes, and system enhancements.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• CPA License (certified public accountant).
• Background in retail brokerage is advantageous.
• Public Accounting/Audit Background.

This role is based in our St. Pete office (200 Carillon Pkwy, St. Petersburg, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $75,000 - 90,000 (Associate level) or $90,000-115,000 (Senior Associate level) annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
