About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in VBA and Excel Macros to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Excel Macros, VBA scripts, and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Excel-based reporting dashboards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports, charts, and summaries for management.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in VBA programming and Excel Macros (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, etc.).
• Good understanding of business process workflows and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SQL / MS Access / Power BI.
• Understanding of financial/business data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
