Job Summary:

The Internship Experience As a WM Intern, you won't be sitting on the sidelines, you'll be in the mix. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real projects that make an impact for WM. About the WM Digital Team This internship is part of the Quality Engineering crew—a team known for its innovative approach and thinking, collaborative spirit, and leveraging AI driven solutions . You'll get to explore new tools and technologies like AI driven testing, learn how things work behind the scenes, and help WM drive purpose in everything we do. Whether you're diving into data, pitching ideas, or helping make things run smoother, what you do will matter—and we want to hear what you think.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem.

• Conducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
• Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
• Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
  III. QualificationsA. Required Qualifications- Interns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.
  B. Preferred Qualifications- Expereince with AI related tools and technologies
• Willingness to explore AI related technology and how WM can leverage this in Quality Engineering, testing, and autmation

• This internship is required to be onsite at our downtown Houston headquarters Monday through Thursday with a flexible work from home day on Friday. Candidates must be located in Houston, TX or surrounding areas.
