Your New Role…

The Supplier Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of supplier master data across enterprise systems. This role supports efficient procure‑to‑pay operations, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and reliable financial reporting by ensuring supplier data integrity and adherence to established controls and standards.

The analyst works cross‑functionally with Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, Compliance, Tax, IT, and Shared Services teams to support supplier onboarding, changes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supplier Master Data Management

• Create, update, and maintain supplier master data in ERP and related systems in accordance with governance policies by executing data validation, cleansing, and periodic reviews to maintain high data quality standards
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate suppliers, fraud, and compliance breaches
• Identify and analyze recurring data issues; recommend and implement process improvements
• Assist with system enhancements, automation, and workflow improvements related to supplier master data
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, KPIs, and trends, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Support audit activities (SOX, internal, external) by providing documentation, evidence, and remediation support
• Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, Tax, and Compliance teams to resolve supplier data issues and discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience…

• 2–5 years of experience in Supplier Master Data Management, Finance Operations, or related roles, preferably within media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (APEX, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data governance tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Passion for data integrity and operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization..
