Your New Role

  • CNN is expanding its subscription pricing and promotional strategy from core offers to a broader, evolving portfolio. The Growth Operations, Pricing & Commercialization Manager
  • CNN Digital Products & Services role is responsible for the end-to-end view of that portfolio, ensuring offers are tracked accurately, performance is measured consistently, and new opportunities are identified. The manager will analyze whether we are relying too heavily on sales-driven discounts, run retention and LTV impact analysis, and build a clear framework for decision-making. This role ensures CNN has a unified view of pricing and promotions across the business, making strategies more effective, sustainable, and growth oriented.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support the planning and execution of pricing and promotional initiatives (e.g., offers, win-backs, wholesale deals), from scoping to evaluation.

  • Own the tracking and performance view of all subscription offers, ensuring consistency across teams and platforms.

  • Analyze subscriber behavior, retention, and LTV to inform strategy and identify risks/opportunities.

  • Recommend improvements to make pricing and promotions more scalable, efficient, and strategically balanced.

  • Partner with finance, product, and marketing to build business cases and ensure decisions are grounded in data.

  • Create tools, trackers, and dashboards that give the business visibility into pricing and promo performance.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting; subscription or pricing experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and legal.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $66,164.00 - $122,876.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
