-
Own the tracking and performance view of all subscription offers, ensuring consistency across teams and platforms.
-
Analyze subscriber behavior, retention, and LTV to inform strategy and identify risks/opportunities.
-
Recommend improvements to make pricing and promotions more scalable, efficient, and strategically balanced.
-
Partner with finance, product, and marketing to build business cases and ensure decisions are grounded in data.
-
Create tools, trackers, and dashboards that give the business visibility into pricing and promo performance.
Qualifications & Experience…
-
3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting; subscription or pricing experience strongly preferred.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
-
Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and legal.
-
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders
