Your new role:

Buscamos estudiantes con interés en la gestión documental y el archivo audiovisual para realizar su práctica como Documentalista de Archivo Audiovisual. Esta posición ofrece una experiencia directa en la organización, catalogación y preservación del activo audiovisual de la compañía, asegurando su disponibilidad para clientes internos y externos.

Your role accountabilities:

Organizar, catalogar y preservar el material audiovisual de acuerdo con las políticas de conservación y procedimientos internos, garantizando el acceso eficiente y seguro al archivo.

• Capacitación en el proceso de archivo y catalogación audiovisual dentro del sistema MAM (Dalet);
• Colaboración en el proceso de reorganización e inventario de bodega;
• Apoyo en la implementación de buenas prácticas de conservación y trazabilidad de contenidos.

Qualification and experience:

• Estudiante o egresado/a de Bibliotecología, Educación o Periodismo;
• Conocimiento e interés por los deportes, especialmente el fútbol;
• Manejo intermedio de herramientas de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Buena disposición, atención al detalle y capacidad de trabajo en equipo;
• **Requisito obligatorio: Contar con Seguro de Accidentes vigente emitido por la institución educativa.How We Get Things Done…
