Your New Role…
Discovery Global Business Services is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Analyst to join the Commercial Operations Team.
In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day running of signal management across EMEA, ensuring accurate channel activations, equipment coordination and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities...
-
Activate and deactivate channels in line with contractual agreements and business requests, including Viaccess and Conax encoding systems
-
Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding signal management queries
-
Coordinate equipment dispatches and returns across the region
-
Maintain and update signal management and distribution databases with high attention to accuracy
-
Prepare recurring reports in line with established procedures
-
Cooperate with external providers and support signal management–related projects when required
Qualifications and Experience...
-
Proven experience in operational roles involving tickets, recurring requests and deadline management
-
Knowledge of broadcast equipment and satellite signal unscrambling methods is an advantage
-
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively prioritize and manage multiple queries
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder collaboration
-
Proven ability to read, analyze and accurately interpret contractual terms and conditions
-
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other process or reporting tools
-
Degree level education or equivalent
-
Fluency in English and Polish is required
- Hybrid Working
- This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
