Your new role

The Booking Specialist drives the commercial performance of each release by securing the widest possible footprint across cinemas, screens, and showtimes. Working closely with the Sales Programming Manager, the role ensures strong exhibitor engagement and sustained holdovers that maximize box office results and market visibility.

Your role accountabilities:

• Secure widest possible footprint in cinemas, screens, and showtimes for each release.

• Negotiate extended runs to maximize box office, occupancy, and continuity of playtime.

• Engage with partners to ensure strong execution, visibility, and alignment on commercial priorities.

• Track daily box office, identify expansion or optimization opportunities, and act quickly.

• Provide data, insights, and recommendations to enhance weekly programming decisions. 10% Ensure precise booking entries, version control, schedules, and internal communication flows.

Qualification & Experiencie:

• Strong commercial mindset and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence exhibitor decisions.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Other nice to have:

• Interest in cinema, entertainment, or theatrical distribution, with curiosity to learn booking processes quickly.

• Analytical ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities to expand footprint or improve holdovers.
