Your New Role
スタジオツアーのビジネスデベロップメントチームの一員として、本ポジションは日本国内の主要な旅行会社との戦略的パートナーシップの構築および関係強化をリードし、チケット売上の拡大を担います。
このManager, Business Developmentのもとで業務を行い、トレードパートナーに対する主な窓口として機能します。
勤務地はワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京（豊島園）です。

Your Role Accountabilities

• 国内トレードパートナー（旅行会社等）を通じて、団体・教育機関を含むチケット販売を最大化するためのビジネスデベロップメント戦略およびプランの立案・実行

• スタジオツアーのトレードビジネスにおける収益最適化を目的とした、主要トレードパートナーとの日常的な取引・関係管理

• トレードパートナーとの関係構築・強化を行い、各社のネットワークやリソースを最大限活用した売上成長の推進

• 販売ボリューム拡大を目的としたキャンペーンやインセンティブ施策の企画・設計および交渉

• トレードパートナー別の販売実績のモニタリングおよび分析、必要に応じた改善施策の実施

• 団体・教育市場におけるスタジオツアーの認知向上を目的としたトレードパートナーとの協働

• 市場動向および需要トレンドの把握、マーケットや競合に関する情報のチームへの共有

• パートナーやインフルエンサー等のスタジオツアーへの招待・アテンド対応

• スタジオツアーを中心としたFAMトリップの企画・運営、国内外のトレードショーやネットワーキングイベントへの参加およびスタジオツアー代表としての対応（出張の可能性あり）

• 国内外のレジャーおよび教育団体向け営業リードの創出

• 団体・教育客受け入れ体制の最適化に向け、IT、ファイナンス、Visitor Experience、イベント、コマーシャル等の社内関連チームとの連携

• ビジネスニーズに応じた各種アドホックプロジェクトへの対応

• トレードセールス向け営業資料・プレゼンテーション資料の定期的な作成

• チーム内のジュニアメンバーの指導・育成を行い、「期待を超える」成果を目指す協働的かつ成果重視のチームカルチャーの醸成

Qualifications & Experiences

• 観光・旅行業界における、営業またはビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力

• 修学旅行・教育旅行に関する営業経験があれば尚可

• アトラクション施設、旅行会社、OTA（Online Travel Agency）での業務経験があれば尚可

• 英語/中国語/韓国語いずれかができれば尚可

Skills Required:

• 優れた業務整理力、優先順位付け能力およびタイムマネジメント力

• 明確な指示やガイダンスが少ない状況下でも、不確実性に対応しながら主体的にプロジェクトを推進できる力

• スタートアップ的・起業家的なマインドセット

• ビジネスについての広い視野（数字・収益への感度）

業務上の必要に応じて、平日夜間、週末、ならびに学校休暇期間（繁忙期）に勤務いただく場合があります。
