Deine Aufgaben...

• In Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management und den Produktionsbuchhaltern überwachst du die Kreditoren- und Ausgabenprozesse und bist verantwortlich für die Monatsabschlussaktivitäten.
• Du unterstützt den Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung bei der Bilanzprüfung und bei Abstimmungen für die US-GAAP-Berichterstattung unter Berücksichtigung steuerlicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
• Du bist für das Monitoring und die Aufarbeitung verschiedener Konten (einschließlich Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten) verantwortlich, sowie für die Verwaltung von Kreditkarten.
• Du überwachst alle Vorgänge in Bezug auf Bankabstimmungen, um ein angemessenes und rechtzeitiges Clearing zu gewährleisten.
• Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung relevante Informationen für interne Stakeholder, unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der jährlichen Abschlussprüfungen und koordinierst interne Abstimmungen zu Geschäftsprozessen und deren Optimierung.

Dein Profil...

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzmanagement, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation oder bist vergleichbar ausgebildet.
• Du hast bereits einschlägige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in der Medienbranche, sammeln können.
• Du weist sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 auf, insbesondere in Excel und kennst dich idealerweise gut mit SAP oder ähnlichen Systemen aus.
• Du bist ein empathischer Teamplayer, arbeitest proaktiv sowie eigenständig und behältst bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen das Wesentliche im Auge.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
