本ポジションは、Visitor Experience Directorと連携しながら、フード＆ビバレッジ（F&B）におけるベンダーパートナーのパフォーマンスを最大化することを目的としています。日々のオペレーション管理、フードクオリティ、サービスレベル、メニュー開発、ならびに衛生・安全管理を通じて、来場者の期待を上回る最高のフード体験を提供し、F&B収益の最大化に貢献していただきます。

Your Role Accountabilities...

1. オペレーション管理（Day to Day Management）

• 合意されたサービス範囲・品質が常に一貫して提供されていることを確認・管理

• 全ての健康・安全・衛生（HSS）ポリシーおよび手順を遵守し、スタッフおよび来場者にとって安全で清潔な環境を維持

• 各店舗が常に最高水準でビジュアル・マーチャンダイジングされ、適切なサインおよびPOS資材が使用されていることを監督

• サードパーティベンダー向けのトレーニングを企画・調整し、Warner Bros. Discovery（WBD）のガイドラインへの理解と順守を徹底

1. フードプランニング（Food Planning）

• サードパーティベンダーと協働し、来場者ニーズに応える新しい商品・サービスを企画・開発

• 原価管理および適切な価格設定を通じて利益率の最大化を図るための協議・提案

• 商品・サービスに関するブランド承認プロセスの管理

• （マーケティングチーム、コンテンツ開発マネージャー、グローバルチームとの定期的な連携を含む）

• 販売目標達成に向け、あらゆる機会を最大限活用できるようフードオペレーションをサポート

1. ステークホルダー連携（People）

• 社内外のステークホルダーと良好なコミュニケーションおよび信頼関係を構築・維持

• 上長との1on1ミーティングやコーチングを通じた自己成長および継続的なスキル開発への主体的な取り組み

1. イベント対応（Event）

• イベントリードと連携し、イベントの企画プロセスおよび当日のオペレーションをサポート

• ケータリングパートナーと協働し、イベントメニューおよびサービスプランを策定

1. 管理業務（Administration）

• 各種データや情報を取りまとめ、正確性を担保したレポートを作成

• 管理業務全般を期限内かつ正確に遂行

• Warner Bros. Discoveryのポリシーに基づき、購買発注書（Purchase Orders）の管理・承認を実施

• 上長からの1on1コーチングを通じた自己研鑽およびキャリア開発

Qualifications & Experiences...経験

• レストラン、ホスピタリティ等の業界における2年以上のリーダー経験

• 高いサービス品質、運営基準、商業的視点が重視される環境での業務経験

スキル

• 部門横断の社内パートナー、拠点マネジメント、外部ベンダーなど、多様な関係者と協働し成果を出す能力

• 卓越したカスタマーサービス志向

• 日々発生する課題に対する問題解決力および意思決定力

• ITリテラシー（業務システム、Microsoft Office等の活用）

• 業務の優先順位付け、変化への柔軟な対応力

• チームプレイヤーとしての協調性と柔軟な働き方への適応力

• 日本語：ネイティブまたは同等レベル

• 英語：メールやチャットを利用したやり取りができるレベル（より高いスキルは尚可）
