About the Role:

The Talent & Growth Center of Excellence (T&G COE) is responsible for defining and

delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies—spanning talent management, leadership

development, executive experiences, skills foundations, performance, potential, and

succession planning. The team designs integrated, data-driven solutions that help the

organization know, grow, and prepare its talent, while enabling consistent, scalable

practices across all segments.

The T&G Planning & Operations Consultant is a key member of the T&G Operations team,

independently supporting and leading key aspects of the end-to-end execution of virtual

and in person delivery of learning programs, courses, and leadership offerings. This role

ensures seamless participant engagement, logistical readiness, and high-quality delivery

execution across T&G's portfolio of offerings. The Consultant partners closely with the

Planning and Operations team, T&G program teams, facilitators, and enterprise partners to

coordinate operational elements including participant registration, communications,

scheduling, materials preparation, and delivery logistics, supporting consistent execution

across the Plan–Design–Launch–Measure–Sustain operating model.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Planning & Logistics:

  • Independently plan and execute for virtual and in person delivery of T&G programs and services, learning experiences, and leadership offerings.
  • Coordinate end to end event logistics including scheduling, venue/room setup, technology checks, facilitator needs, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure delivery readiness by preparing agendas, run of show documents, materials, and course collateral.
  • Prepare and organize program materials for virtual and on site sessions, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution.
  • Lead live session execution, including welcoming participants, managing chat/Q&A, coordinating breakout rooms, and supporting facilitators.

Business Quality & Improvement:

  • Ensure facilitators are prepared and ready for all sessions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and partner with the broader team to streamline logistics, improve communication flows, and enhance overall delivery effectiveness.
  • Contribute to maintaining, reviewing, and improving Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and delivery readiness checklists.

Participant & Registration Management:

  • Independently manage participant registration, enrollment tracking, waitlists, and confirmations using enterprise systems and tools.
  • Ensure participant communications, including pre work, reminders, and post session follow ups, are timely and accurate.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for participant inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Partnership & Collaboration:

  • Partner with leadership to proactively prioritize work, align on timelines, and execute program requirements.
  • Partner with T&G Shared Services, Project Management Office (PMO), and Program
  • Leadership to ensure operational elements align with program intent and experience goals.
  • Build strong working relationships across the T&G COE and with facilitators to ensure smooth and consistent learner experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, learning delivery, project coordination, hospitality, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets to support day-to-day operations.
  • Comfort with technology platforms (e.g., Teams, learning systems, registration tools).
  • Ability to build strong, service-oriented relationships with partners and participants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting virtual and in person learning delivery.
  • Familiarity with T&G programs, offerings, or talent development processes.
  • Experience with enterprise registration, communication, or event management systems.
  • Experience with facilitation.

Additional Information:

Location: Burbank or Orlando

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $87,200.00 to $106,400.00 and Orlando, FL is $83,000.00 to $101,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
