In today’s business, Tech & Digital is critical element for the success of any business.
Direct-To-Consumer Retail (DTCR) Tech & Digital division is the core team in DTCR organization to drive Digitalization (DX) of our Retail business, including Disney Stores and Disneystore.jp(e Com). Tech&Digital Team covers all systems in the manufacturing and retail format (SPA).
We’re working closely with business leaders from each division – Retail Store (Disney Stores), e Com (shop Disney), Logistics, Marketing, Merchandising and others.
Our activities are including e Com platform enhancement, Retail Store digitalization, Mobile Apps, Store staffs’ App and other variety of Retail Tech activities.
We expect the candidate being a core member of driving the DX activities in those activities.

Online system operation management and development project management Driving new service and function launch initiatives

Work closely with Business leaders to clarify requirements

Solution the business requirements from Tech aspect
-
Collaborate with a development partner for the service launch
-
Lead & manage service launch activities (as Project Manager)– Technical design, development, test, operation design and launch
-
Manage and enhance existing services Understand and collaborate with not only online systems but also peripheral systems
-
Work closely with Business leaders and support their business operation
-
Clarify and lead enhancement activities, if required
-
Explaining and negotiating with overseas teams
-
Work with overseas teams to assess security, compliance, etc.

Lead and manage team members Align with Sr.
-
Manager and work closely with Business Leaders, define priority of necessary technology solution to drive DX across Consumer Products division

Responsible for IT governance and enhance Disney’s IT capability

Manage team members tasks and schedules
-
Technical assistances and advice
