About the Role & Team
Do you thrive in a consultative, high-ticket sales environment where you help Guests make a confident, long-term vacation ownership decision? If you’re energized by influencing meaningful conversations, handling objections with integrity, and consistently closing multi-thousand-dollar contracts while delivering an exceptional Guest experience, a Disney Vacation Club Guide position at Walt Disney World may be the right fit.
Disney Vacation Club is a vacation ownership/timeshare program that invites Guests to return to Disney destinations for years to come. As a Vacation Club Guide, you’ll connect with qualified prospects, uncover vacation goals, and close high-value contracts in a way that protects Disney brand standards and builds long-term Member satisfaction. This is a sales performance-based role with a guaranteed salary plus commission.
You will report to the Sales Manager.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
As a Disney Vacation Club Guide, you’ll be the face of Disney Vacation Club for Guests and Members—having influential sales conversations in person, by phone, by chat, and via video-call. You’ll create a buying environment by matching the needs of the Guest with the benefits of Membership. This role is a performance quota-based sales role with strong earning potential and the chance to build lasting relationships with Disney fans from around the world.
On any given day, you will:
-
Build trust through relationship selling and close high-value contracts.
-
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with Members and Guests leading to potential future revenue opportunities—including referrals.
-
Hold sales conversations through multiple channels—phone, chat, video-call, and in-person—showcasing the benefits of DVC Membership customized to the goals of the individual Guest.
-
Collaborate with fellow DVC team members and other internal partners to support the Guest experience across various locations, including the resort model rooms and off-site destinations.
-
Advocate for the right Membership size, allowing Guests from all around the work to meet their vacation goals.
-
Generate contracts using effective closing techniques and initiate transactions in the contract system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of consistently closing high-value (multi-thousand-dollar) transactions.
-
Active and in-good-standing Florida Real Estate License.
-
Demonstrated strength in consultative discovery, objection handling, and closing—while maintaining accurate product representation and a Guest-first approach.
-
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline (CRM usage, next-step setting, and timely re-engagement) to move prospects through a high-consideration sales cycle.
-
Self-directed and resilient in a goal-driven environment—able to deliver a polished sales experience repeatedly while adapting to Guest needs.
-
Professional communication skills across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, with strong business writing and computer proficiency.
-
Ability to prioritize and progress multiple active prospects simultaneously while maintaining a warm, premium Guest experience.
-
Comfortable working onsite in a structured onsite environment with full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-
Proficiency with CRM workflows and Windows-based tools (logging activity, managing tasks, and maintaining clean pipeline data).
-
Commitment to ethical, compliant selling and protecting Disney brand integrity in every Guest interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales.
-
Background in hospitality or timeshare programs.
-
Familiarity with Disney Parks, Resorts, or DVC products.
Education
