Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in partnerships, sponsorships, consulting, business development, marketing, or agency environments, with proven ability to manage complex, multi‑year commercial deals and negotiation. Exposure to IP licensing, FMCG, e-commerce or digital/technology categories strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating complexity, with ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to own revenue targets and P&L responsibility. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable business models and strategic proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external executives. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
