Position Summary...

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of privacy-focused data systems at AI & Data Org. As a key technical leader, you will architect scalable, compliance-ready solutions that balance robust data protection with business intelligence capabilities. This role is critical to our mission of building systems where privacy is embedded as a core design principle, not an afterthought. You'll work with cross-functional teams to shape our data strategy, mentor engineers on privacy-first approaches, and ensure our practices exceed regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 1 year’s experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
