The team leads project execution, process improvement, content governance, and change management to advance business goals and operational excellence. They manage the FS budget, oversee performance monitoring, and support talent development. Focused on fostering effective collaboration across the organization, the team upholds Walmart’s core values of integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Utilizing skills in project and operations management, governance, and workflow optimization, the team drives impactful initiatives that enhance efficiency and support sustained growth within the company.
What you'll do:

• Lead and manage operations improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance standards.
• Utilize performance management tools and data analytics to monitor progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate resource allocation and workflow management to support operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and sustain improvements.
• Leverage business intelligence software to generate insights and support decision-making.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in project and operations management with a focus on continuous improvement processes.
• Strong leadership skills in change management and performance management to drive operational excellence.
• Experience in resource allocation and governance to ensure effective project implementation and workflow management.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau to analyze and report operational metrics.
• Ability to lead and optimize workflows while managing behavioral aspects within teams to enhance productivity.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
