Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Tech Enablement at Walmart

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support prioritization of technology needs and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage sprint planning, and assist in evaluating trade-off decisions.
• Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute to implementation planning.
• Provide analytical and consultative support to functional leadership.
• Translate business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives that support customer and business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify key customer insights that inform decision-making.
• Assist in developing testing and validation methodologies.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Lead in analyzing critical data sets to support new capabilities, enhance functionality, and address business challenges.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consultative solutions that meet business needs.
• Foster alignment on data analysis strategies and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain and grow relationships with external partners and vendors.

People Development

• Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and build a high-performing analytics team.
• Identify skill gaps and support development plans to build future capabilities.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Operational Leadership

• Support the execution of business strategies by aligning analytics initiatives with customer and operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset and encourage continuous learning and adaptability.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
