This role sets strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, reduces risk, and strengthens a culture of safety—often within active retail environments.

You will establish standards, procedures, training, and monitoring frameworks in partnership with Construction, Compliance, and Legal teams. While field teams execute day-to-day safety practices, this role owns the corporate programs that drive consistent and effective implementation.

Regular travel is required.

Partner to Mitigate Risk

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business partners on risk management strategies and contract considerations
  • Serve as a liaison across field teams, leadership, and external partners to align on safety expectations

Manage Third-Party Consultants

  • Select and oversee safety consultants supporting program development and site inspections
  • Manage scope, contracts, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
  • Integrate consultant insights into enterprise safety strategy and continuous improvement

  • Reinforce safety awareness through meetings, investigations, and site engagement
  • Act as a trusted resource for field teams on safety practices and guidance

  • Visit sites regularly to assess program execution and support field teams
  • Build strong partnerships to ensure practical, consistent application of safety standards
