The (USA) Director, Software Engineering leads the execution and delivery of complex software and AI/ML systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role oversees the full software development lifecycle, champions DevOps and cloud cost optimization, and drives continuous improvement across multiple teams. What you'll do: - Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.

• Translate domain strategies into actionable plans, aligning teams with architecture and operational priorities.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps practices and system health monitoring.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and reduce operational overhead to enhance engineering velocity.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional development and succession planning.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring roadmap alignment and stakeholder coordination.
• Promote continuous improvement through innovation, feedback, and data-driven decision-making.

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
