Service Now Lead Developer (ITSM & ITOM Service Mapping)

Location: Kochi

Experience Required:

• 8+ years total relevant experience
• 5+ years of Service Now development

Mandatory Skills:

• Service Now Developer with strong ITSM & ITOM experience
• Service Now IT Service Management expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Discovery and Service Mapping solutions for on-premise and cloud resources
• Define, create, and manage Discovery infrastructure including schedules, credentials, and mid-servers
• Define, create, and manage Service Mapping infrastructure, including patterns
• Provide governance to ensure the integrity of Discovery and Service Mapping
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain Discovery and Service Mapping governance processes, procedures, and policies
• Create and maintain Discovery and Service Mapping related documentation
• Design, develop, and deploy new Discovery or Service Mapping functionality
• Ensure Discovery and Service Mapping perform as expected

Required Technical Experience:

• 8 years' hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Service Now Discovery, including Service Now Cloud Discovery
• Service Now Cloud Discovery experience (Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud APIs, Cloud Containers)
• Experience developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining Service Now Discovery governance processes and related documentation
• Strong knowledge of IP Subnets for effective Service Now Discovery schedules
• MID-Server design and implementation experience
• Service Now Discovery IP ranges and schedules configuration
• Knowledge of CI IRE rules, discovery logs, patterns, and probes
• Service Now CSA or ITOM certifications
• Service Now Discovery Fundamentals certification
