The Manager, Product Development leads the end-to-end management of product specifications and lifecycle processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive product initiatives, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and deliver quality products on time. By leveraging market insights and performance data, the manager supports strategic product decisions and continuous improvement. Additionally, this position fosters strong partnerships, oversees sourcing activities, and guides team development while upholding company standards and promoting operational excellence across all product development stages.

What you'll do...
- Manage product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure alignment with quality standards and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze data to inform product strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Oversee sourcing activities and validate documentation to support business unit objectives and compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis on product variances and recommend solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate progress and updates to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
