Position Summary...
- The Specialist
- Technology Logistics Support role is required for day-to-day support of equipment in the logistics environment. · This role is also responsible for receiving, tracking, and resolving L1 Service Desk requests and incidents, submitted by customers via walk-up or systematically. · This role assists with the installation of new systems and services as required · Monitor Data center alarms and co-ordinate with 3rd Party, SSC and Global Technology for maintenance.
What you'll do...
- Serves as first point of contact for DC/FC users seeking IT support.
- Aims to resolve a significant portion of incidents and fulfill routine service requests directly.
- Act as communication bridge between the operations and various support teams to facilitate smooth information flow and effective problem resolution.
- Manage release of planned outages and upgrades to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist with supporting Microsoft Windows and its office products.
- First level support of all office printers in preventive and remedial capacity.
- When unable to resolve an issue themselves, escalates incidents and complex service requests to the appropriate global support and specialist teams.
- All other duties as assigned.
The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
