About Spark Driver Earnings:

The Spark Driver Earnings team is responsible for the accurate calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. The team plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, directly impacting driver experience and company risk management.

What you'll do...

• Translate data into actionable insights that inform product life cycle strategies and business priorities

• Lead development and execution of data-driven initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders

• Evaluate performance of programs and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency

• Drive process standardization, reporting consistency, and operational excellence across teams

• Manage multiple projects, removing barriers, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against goals

• Strong experience in business analysis, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
