Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Audit, leads the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans to mitigate organizational risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing global audit projects, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements in audit processes. The position requires strong leadership to mentor and develop audit teams, promote ethical standards, and communicate findings effectively to senior management. The Senior Manager supports business objectives by fostering operational efficiency, integrity, and accountability across all audit activities.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans aligned with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee audit teams by assigning duties, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define audit scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate control design and effectiveness through detailed testing and advanced data analysis.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and sharing best practices across global audit teams.
  • This role will require travel up to approximately 20%.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in audit management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation across global operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong expertise in internal auditing practices and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Skilled in identifying process deficiencies and applying advanced data analysis to improve controls and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present audit findings and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
