We are currently hiring Full-Time Member Specialist Team Associates to create unforgettable member experiences — the heart of our club.
As a Full-Time Member Specialist Team Associate, you will:

Play a Key Role: Make our club a vibrant part of the Lebanon community by supporting membership drives and increasing sales through new member sign-ups.

Commitment to Full-Time Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day, through the grand opening and beyond.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
