• What you'll do:**-**Own end-to-end product delivery for critical supply chain and fulfillment capabilities, from problem definition through development, launch, and adoption.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions using agile practices (sprint planning, iterative releases, continuous improvement).
• Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and market stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and align on priorities and outcomes.
• Drive complex, multi-market implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable and adaptable across different operating models, levels of automation, and regulatory environments.
• Use data to inform decisions and measure impact, defining success metrics and continuously improving product performance (e.g., efficiency, cost, speed, and service levels).

• Proven ability to deliver results, especially in roles that require coordination across multiple teams.
• Experience working with engineering teams and a solid understanding of agile development practices.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Comfort working with data to support decisions and measure outcomes.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
