
Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights (Pricing Enablement)

Position Summary...
Lead the Pricing Enablement function, building the tools, governance, processes, and insights that enable effective pricing execution across the business. Partner with Pricing, Merchandising, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to create scalable capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support future automation.
What you'll do...
- Lead the Pricing Enablement function, building scalable tools, processes, and governance that enable effective pricing execution across the business
- Establish and own pricing governance, including rules, standards, and compliance requirements across channels and business units
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and cross-functional teams to design and operationalize pricing policies
- Define business requirements for pricing systems and drive enhancements that simplify workflows and enable automation
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and technology enablement
- Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational scorecards to monitor pricing performance and execution quality
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership by evaluating workflow health, SLA adherence, and overall pricing effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that strengthen enterprise pricing capabilities and scalability
- Translate complex business needs into streamlined, repeatable processes and future-ready solutions
- Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and analysts by setting priorities, driving execution, and developing talent

- Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, generate insights, and inform business decisions
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with a focus on scalability and long-term impact
- Communicate clearly and influence senior leadership with concise, data-driven recommendations
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering engagement and accountability
- Operate with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and consistent execution across the organization

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
