WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Manager of IT Infrastructure will lead a team of IT administrators and engineers, overseeing the management of our corporate IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on key initiatives to improve and enhance our hybrid environment, which includes SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure. The Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Infosec.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Directly managing a team of IT administrators and engineers across infrastructure, identity, and SaaS operations, overseeing hiring, performance management, mentorship, and technical development.

Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.

Assist the director with planning and product evaluation to drive growth and cost savings.

Managing 3rd party vendor relationships across network infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and security tooling, including contract negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluations.

Working with other teams on initiatives including assisting the Media Production Technology team in building out studio space in support of audio and video production.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Must Haves
-
Prior management experience in IT infrastructure or 8 years of staffing experience.
-
Managing Identity Provider solutions such as Okta (including Okta workflows).
-
Expertise with AWS, SD-WAN/SASE, and on-premise virtualization (VMWare).
-
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
-
Knowledge of building HR as a Master with Identity providers and HRIS integration.
-
Experience building automation workflows to help manage onboarding and offboarding within these environments.
-
Experience with implementing hardening for Linux, Windows Server (using Active Directory group policies), and vendor best practices for Infrastructure.

Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS platforms including licensing, integrations, data governance, and spend optimization.
Nice to Haves
-
Basic networking skills on Juniper and Aruba equipment.
-
Experience with security tools, including Data-Loss Prevention and Endpoint Security.
-
Knowledge of email DMARC (DKIM and SPF).
-
Experience with Crowdstrike Falcon Protect and SIEM.
-
Experience with Abnormal Security.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
