About the team:

Our team builds key communication capabilities within the Vonage Contact Center platform.
We own the Email communication channel, enabling businesses to manage scalable and reliable email interactions with their customers—from message ingestion and routing to the agent experience.
In addition, we are building a new product called Interaction Designer, which allows organizations to design and control what happens when a call or message arrives at the contact center. The platform enables smart routing, automation, and interaction flows across multiple channels, and includes AI-driven capabilities using modern tools and technologies to create smarter interaction experiences.
The team consists of young full-stack developers with years of experience to share.

Your key responsibilities:

You'll work on end-to-end projects in a full-stack role, aligned with your skills and career goals. As a part of your job, you will be charged with designing, researching, developing, and testing the functional and non-functional areas.
We design and implement new projects while constantly making sure we support large scales of data and traffic, backward and upward compatibility, and more.

Main tech stack:

Vuejs, Nodejs, Nest Js, Java, Typescript, AWS, K8S, MongoDB.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development working with JavaScript, Typescript
  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.JS / AngularJS / React
  • Extensive experience with back-end technologies
  • Nodejs, AWS, K8S, Postgresql, Redis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications. Ability to architect and implement scalable, loosely coupled, and maintainable microservices.
  • Having experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying applications.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end projects, working with other team members across the world

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field/experience
