Job Description:

• Semiconductor Fabrication Operator: Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment. Determines and/ or follows techniques to trouble-shoot/ implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters.
• Works on assignments with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools • Delivers own output under close supervision and guidance • Solves problems which require knowledge of specific processes and procedures Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
• Shares information within the team
• Skill: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
