Client-Facing Solution Delivery:

  • Partner with banks, merchants, and internal VCA consulting teams to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.

  • Design and deploy solutions integrated with client systems and data sources.

  • Ensure solutions are production-ready, including monitoring, logging, fallback mechanisms, and operational documentation.

Team Leadership and Delivery Management:

  • Provide hands-on mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance.

  • Define delivery rituals, milestones, and quality gates across engagements.

Strategy, Adoption, and Scaling

  • Own a prioritized roadmap of GenAI agent capabilities aligned with commercial priorities.

  • Standardize and scale high-impact agent use cases across clients and regions.

  • Act as a senior advisor to VCA leadership and client stakeholders on GenAI strategy, adoption, and trade-offs.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • A clearly defined and executed GenAI delivery playbook used across VCA.

  • High-quality, maintainable agent codebases with strong governance and monitoring.

  • Measurable impact on client outcomes, consulting efficiency, or revenue growth.
