Job Description

The Finance Manager for VCS provides financial support and operational oversight for the designated markets working closely with the Finance Director to ensure accurate financial planning analysis and reporting This role focuses on executing day to day financial processes supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles and delivering timely and accurate financial insights to enable informed business decisions The Finance Manager ensures compliance with company policies GAAP and statutory requirements while driving process improvements and supporting special projects as needed

Reporting to the Finance Director the Finance Manager collaborates with cross functional teams including sales leads and business partners to maintain financial discipline and accountability The role emphasizes operational excellence data integrity and continuous improvement in financial processes

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Support the preparation of budgets forecasts and monthly and quarterly PL reporting
• Assist in managing revenue OPEX and headcount tracking for designated areas
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key drivers to stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies

Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal reviews MBRs QBRs business cases
• Conduct revenue and volume analysis incentive tracking and expense management
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of financial data for decision making

Business Support

• Partner with sales and functional teams to provide financial insights for deals and contracts
• Support resource allocation analysis and costing models as directed by the Finance Director

Process and Compliance:

• Maintain data integrity and organized documentation of financial results
• Assist in enhancing financial processes and controls to align with governance requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and company policies

Collaboration and Team Support:

• Work closely with the Finance Director and cross functional teams to deliver on financial objectives
• Contribute to a culture of diversity inclusion and continuous improvement

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
• Effective communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly
• Collaborative mindset to work across functions and geographies
• Expertise in excel and financial modeling to build and maintain forecasting tools and dynamic reporting dashboards

Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDExpert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables macros and data visualization Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to design and maintain complex planning tools scenario models and forecasting templates Proven experience in building dynamic reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field Masters preferred5–7 years of experience in financial planning analysis and reporting Familiarity with TM1 Hyperion and other planning systems preferred Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExcellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
