About the role

Sales Manager

  • Napapijri

Munich, Germany

Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join us in Germany!

For over 30 years, Napapijri has pioneered the future of fashion. From our Italian beginnings, innovating outdoor apparel in the shadow of Monte Bianco, to tackling nature’s most challenging environments on polar expeditions, our desire to lead the way is what makes us who we are.

Let’s talk about the role

In this key role, you will relaunch and rebuild Napapijri’s wholesale business in Germany, starting from a limited base and developing a strong, sustainable distribution. The initial focus will be on Menswear and Footwear, with phased expansion into Womenswear and Kids.

How you will make a difference

  • Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market, defining distribution and growth strategy in line with brand positioning.

  • Identify, open, and develop strategic local key accounts, building long‑term partnerships.

  • Personally manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong hands‑on sales approach.

  • Oversee sell‑in, forecasting, order management, and daily wholesale operations during the rebuild phase.

  • Analyze sell‑through performance and translate insights into actionable growth plans.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent in‑store execution, visibility, and product storytelling.

  • Collaborate closely with European HQ and cross‑functional teams to support long‑term market development.

Your impact will be instrumental in creating the foundation for future scale and team expansion.

Skills for success

  • Strong existing wholesale network in Germany, ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, or premium fashion.

  • Proven experience in market build‑up or business relaunch environments.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and execution‑driven, comfortable operating end‑to‑end.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Passion for brand building, outdoor culture, and premium lifestyle fashion.

What’s in it for you?

When it comes to benefits, we’re the total package.

Most companies say they offer a competitive salary, an amazing bonus and pension scheme and staff discounts (btw we offer up to 50%!). And we offer the same. Only different. Along with this you will have:

  • A supportive feedback-based culture where respect and integrity guide us in what we do

  • An inclusive international environment where people of diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and nationalities love working together

  • Be part of an iconic lifestyle brand in a multi brand, multi countries organization

  • 30 vacation days!
