VF Corporation is opening a new multibrand store at Copenhagen Airport, featuring iconic lifestyle and outdoor brands such as T he North Face, Timberland, Napapijri, Icebreaker, Altra Running and more.

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager and contribute to the success of this multibrand location.

Our Assistant Store Managers have the great opportunity to develop their full potential with us. You will be supported by an international company and empowered to assume responsibility at store level.

How you’ll make a difference

We expect our Assistant Store Managers to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience by:

• Driving sales and profitability in collaboration with the Store Manager

• Motivating, supporting, and training sales associates

• Supporting the Store Manager and implementing our established retail processes, while looking for opportunities to improve them

• Ensuring flawless execution of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, profit and loss, etc.

• Communicating performance measurements and demonstrating your understanding of KPIs to improve store results

• Ensuring that the store maintains a spotless appearance in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines

• Properly representing the Store Manager during their absence

What makes you the perfect Assistant Store Manager?

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish or Swedish

• You love direct customer interaction. With your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for creating an exceptional customer experience, you lead by example for the rest of the team.

• You are not afraid to take initiative in the absence of your Store Manager — this is what makes a great Assistant Store Manager.

• You understand your role in building a strong team that shares your passion and vision for making every shopping experience special. You take pride in supporting employees, helping them grow, and having fun while doing so.

• You have experience opening and closing a store and can motivate and guide a team to increase sales and productivity.

• You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.

• You are flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when needed.
