Senior Coordinator, PLM & Data

Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):

• As Coordinator Underfoot Platforms the role will work closely with and support Manager Stratey & Planning and** Master Data Operationsteam** with the** creation and maintannece of PLM records associated with compounds, underfoot components and molds.**

• Supporting T2 materials suppliers as they access vendor portal and** validating enriched data** uploaded by T2 suppliers.

• Maintain, track and report raw material price changes. Cooperating closely with materials intelligence teams to ensure accurate prices are available to support seasonal negotiations, commodity updates and COGS guidance.

• Work cross functionally with** Brand PD and Material Planning teams** to** forecast demand for nominated raw materials**. In support of quality and sustainable production control.

• Support data management and collection related to all aspects of mold allocations, transfers, destruction and opening

• Support SCP and SPM data collection, performance metric analyse and reporting

Key Result Areas:

• Partner with cross functional teams to design and execute material preposition initiatives to enable On-Time Performance

• Act as process owner for all GMS Polymer pre-position, long lead-time material management, mold tracking and transfers and compliance reporting.
