The Role:

As a Practice Director for Veeva Systems Japan, you will not just lead a team; you will drive significant change within our established, high-potential Managed Services group. Veeva is looking for a leader who is excited to reshape our post-implementation strategy, transitioning the team toward a more proactive, forward-thinking mindset. This is a unique opportunity to take initiative and implement your vision, impacting how we partner with our Japanese customers.

You will guide our talented team of Managed Services consultants, collaborating with customers to ensure Veeva applications are used the right way and keep providing increased value. Our customers succeed with Veeva's applications, we make it easier for them to get drugs to market faster, which helps those that are sick get better faster, and makes the world a healthier place, faster.

This role calls for someone who can contribute at both a hands-on and strategic level, helping us cultivate an even more innovative and impactful Veeva culture. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing best practices, recruiting new team members, and empowering current team members to grow and advance their careers.
