The Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are the business partner for our North America R&D and Quality SMB team. You are a high-potential partner to the Segment Operations team and Sales Leadership. We are looking for an operationally minded, data-driven thinker: someone who excels at day-to-day execution but is always looking "around the corner" to improve the system.

You aren’t just reacting to requests; you are a key architect of our growth strategy, auditing the sales process to identify gaps and opportunities. You will play a hands-on role in annual planning, territory design, and the quota-setting process to ensure our targets are both ambitious and attainable.
