The Role:

As the Product Expert, you will be part of the Product organization focused on Commercial Content (Promo Mats, MLR Bot, Med Comms, and Med Inquiry built on the Vault Platform), bringing the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap. Product Experts are a lead voice in our online communities, customer meetings, in-person events, and creating resources for both internal and external teams to realize the value of innovation within our products.
